I deleted my site but it still works, I want to cancel all the site including the domain.

    I deleted my website http://www.fhftur.com here like 6 months ago and it still works and yet I don’t have any access, I already excluded everything but people still seeing it and downloading things that shouldn’t be available anymore. I need this site to be removed once for all please. I hope a solution soon. Thanks

    Hi there,

    That domain is no longer in our system and no longer attached to your account in any way. The site to which is was connected has also been deleted completely. You can see the current owner’s information here:

    That domain is now hosted with GoDaddy, not with us.

    I don’t know why the domain is still showing a plaintext version of your site. Only the current owner and/or GoDaddy will be able to tell you that, but they’re not getting that information from us. All the files that used to be on your site has been removed completely from our servers, so they must be accessing it via a cache on a server somewhere else.

    We cannot do anything to cached content stored on other servers. I suggest you contact the new owner of the domain at the contact details appearing at that link to have this resolved.
