Of course, because you deleted the site.
Deleting a site permanently removes it and you’ll never be able to reuse its WordPress.com address (such as yourgroovysite.wordpress.com).
https://en.support.wordpress.com/delete-site/Addresses (URLs) for blogs that have been deleted by the owner will remain deleted. We cannot, under any circumstances, allow someone to take over the address of a blog that was owned and deleted by its original/previous owner. Please do not submit support requests asking us to do this.

However, http://alanbueno8.wordpress.com/ is alive & well.

It never will be available again if you deleted it. You cannot register any deleted blog URL. One has to ignore at least three warnings stating that deletion is permanent and irreversible and then click a verification link in an email to delete a blog.
http://en.support.wordpress.com/delete-site/That’s because deleted blog URLs are not recycled, regardless of who registered and deleted them and no exceptions are made. http://en.support.wordpress.com/recycling-blog-names/
You can register another .wordpress.com blog here http://en.support.wordpress.com/register-a-blog/
Then if you wish to you can register a domain via a domain mapping upgrade because it does not matter what the underlying .wordpress.com address is when you are domain mapping.

And your posts (two posts) say basically the same:
https://en.forums.wordpress.com/topic/i-deleted-my-site-but-the-address-was-not-available-when-i-tried-to-restart?replies=8#post-2340044But if you like that, for me perfect. Lest you report me.

Thank you both, I didn’t know that “…deleted blog URLs are not recycled.”
That was my question, beginner’s mistake, thanks again. -
@alanbueno8
