I deleted my SiteMeter and I want it back.

  Hi. I looked in the FAQ under ”counters“ but found nothing there, so:

  I was trying to fine-tune this blog and intentionally deleted the (Site Meter) HITS link. It was not a wise move, because whereas I only wanted to erase the word, it, of course, deleted the word and everything in that category. 8-(

  So, please, what should I do to get the SiteMeter counter back there where it used to be?

  I forgot to say that I did go back to MANAGE > LINK CATEGORIES and I re-constructed my HITS link. Of course the numbers do not show up because I need to do something… but what?

  The problem has been solved. I kept working at it and I got my SiteMeter hit counter back showing on the Jentri theme.
