Hi there,
Is this for the domain, annaedvardsen.com? Cancelled domains do not become available again immediately. In this case, as you cancelled only a day after you bought it, it should be available again by next week, but I cannot guarantee it.
If you still want to use that domain it will be safer for me to try and restore it to your account again, and then you can use it with any service provider you choose.

@kokkieh Im so sorry for the late reply! Thats right, thats the one. It said its “parked” for an entire year! Is that possible? I needed a new one immediately so i had to change the name on it and buy a new domain from PROISP. I guess its now not possible to change the name of the domain. PROISP said it would be like getting a completely new domain…

Where do you see that it’s parked? We released that domain on 7 January, and if I search for it at My Site ->Domains ->Add it shows as available to register, so you should be able to register that domain at any domain provider.
When I replied to you a month ago the domain was parked – that is what we do with cancelled domains – but depending on when you cancelled it it’s parked either until it expires, or for just a few days. In your case you’d cancelled the domain within the first 5 days, so it was only parked for a few days.
I guess its now not possible to change the name of the domain. PROISP said it would be like getting a completely new domain…
Correct. Custom domains cannot be edited. If you buy a custom domain you buy that specific name for a year, and if you want to change it you need to buy a different name for a year. Most domain providers have a window of a few days where you can cancel the domain for a refund and register another instead, but if you’re past that window at your current provider you’ll need to purchase the new domain instead.
As you had cancelled your domain with us inside our refund period, I’ve refunded you the payment you made to us. You should receive that in about 10 business days.
