I deleted the Menu. How do I restore?

  I deleted the Menu in the Appearance/Menu section but it means now the whole Menu section is grayed out. How do I restore the Menu to what it was? I am using Twenty Ten theme. I don’t want to create my custom menu, I just want the normal menu back.

  I solved it. I selected Custom Menu and saved it. The normal Menu page appeared. I also managed to delete the menu items at the top that I didn’t want to appear by selecting only the menu items I wanted and adding it to the new custom menu and then saving the new Menu.

  Now I just have the menu I want and I have the page titles on the right (by putting the Pages widget in the primary widget area).

  Yes, oddly different, but “the same”
