I deleted the site redandwhiskey.com, but backed it up before I did I need to know how to retrive this if at all possible or do I need to rebuild an entire new page

That site is not hosted by wordpress.COM. It is not on our servers. We provide support only for wordpress.COM hosted sites. You are posting to the wrong support forum.
WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums. Our support docs do not apply to
(1) local installs of wordpress.ORG software on your own server or
(2) wordpress.ORG software installs on paid hosting, and we do not provide support for them at wordpress.COM.

Yes and that means it was a wordpress.ORG software install on paid hosting, and we do not provide support for them at wordpress.COM. That site is not hosted by wordpress.COM. It is not on our servers. Contact Bluehost.

Just to clarify, every custom domain name used here is mapped to an underlying WordPressdotcom site address. What was the WordPressdotcom site address that you registered?
When you create a backup/export file on WordPressdotcom, depending on the size of the file it is either immediately downloaded to your computer or you receive an email from WordPress.com with a download link in it.

Hi there,
As our volunteers have pointed out, redandwhiskey.com is NOT a WordPress.com site. You are able to manage that site via your WordPress.com account because it’s connected here with the Jetpack plugin, but that site is using the self-hosted WordPress.org software.
Your domain, redandwhiskey.com, is registered with Fastdomain.com, and your site itself is hosted on Bluehost’s servers.
If you have a full backup of your site, you should be able to restore it by first setting up a new WordPress install with Bluehost, and then using a tool like Filezilla to upload your backup to that site via FTP/SFTP. Bluehost support should be able to help you with that.
The backup of your site cannot be uploaded at WordPress.com, and we don’t have access to Bluehost’s servers to help you with this.
