I would like to know why my free trial was cancel yesterday after I explained I did not accept the terms and I’m still getting emails about the blog site

Free trials do not expire at WordPress.com. WordPress.com is unable to delete your user account. You are able to inactive the account ‘youmatterweb’ and unsubscribe from all WordPress.com emails by following the instructions here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/deleting-accounts/
