  New problem: Why, when I “like” something, a purple frowning smiley face comes up. I don’t want people to think of me that way! I DID upload a picture of myself (blog picture/icon). It wasn;t doing this 2 days ago. Please advise, this is the only link I could find for “human” help.

  Hi,

  If you’re referring to your Gravatar image, can you check to see that your chosen image for that email address is rated G?

  If you still see the same result, can you take a screenshot where your Gravatar appears like that, and let us know the following?

  • your Gravatar username (if it isn’t “newyorkcityinthewitofaneye”)
  • the blog URL where you liked something
