I demand a Refund

I want a refund for upgrading my .com domain name.
I am no longer happy with wordpress. I shall be deleting my wordpress account.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

You can request a refund yourself directly from the Store > My Upgrades section of your Dashboard

I did.I did just that. Less than 2 after purchase. i asked for a cancellation but it was never cancelled.
I cannot delete MY BLOG unless the DOMAIN name is cancelled.
The Cancellation Pending message dragged out for over two days.
I requested the cancellation within the 48 hour window. Since it wasn’t cancelled in two days, now it’s too late.
WordPress stole my money. they purposefully waited more than 2 days. Now i can’t get a refund.

I did. I made it within two days. Since then the “cancellation pending” message has vanished.
The Upgrade is still in place.

On April 29, approximately 18 hours after your cancellation request, we replied to the gmail.com email address on your account with the following:
Hi there
If you want to keep using your domain but you don’t want to use WordPress.com anymore, you don’t have to cancel it. Instead, you can move the domain another site, using the Domain Administration tool under Store > Domains, at the bottom of the page.

It’s almost certainly in your spam folder of your email. Fish it out and follow through with that.
You actually CAN delete a blog without deleting the domain.

I never got that email. And no, I can’t delete my blog. I tried and I got a message saying it cannot be deleted.
As long as the domain name is there the blog cannot be removed.

Well, I’m not sure why you never received our confirmation email, as our system shows proof that it was delivered to the email address on your account.
Regardless, I have canceled and refunded your domain as requested.
