I demand a refund.

  Hello, you said we can get a full refund within 2 days from date purchased, I requested for a refund because the features wasn’t what I wanted. I requested right after I purchased. But there’s no any response from any of your team. Now it says that I can only get refund 2 days within date of purchase. But I did request for refund within 2 days. Please look into this seriously. Thanks

  Try calling your bank or credit card company and stop the payment. Be sure to explain why. Good luck. I’m about where you are with trying to get help here :./ ~Catherine

  Also, I suspect you will want to create a new topic and not post to it so it appears with as a single, unresponded post.

  When you create a topic and respond, it won’t show up like you need it to, to get a response from someone at WordPress. *sigh*

  Please keep in mind that canceling a domain means you give up ownership of that domain name. The domain name may not be released immediately, and there’s no guarantee that you’ll be able to register it again in the future.

  If you’d like to keep the domain and use it somewhere else, you are welcome to Move Your Domain to Another Host.

  If you’re sure you want to cancel the domain completely, please reply to confirm and I can take care of that for you. (Also, please do not stop the payment directly with your bank. In that case I won’t be able to complete the refund for you.)

  In the future, you can also use our contact form for staff help with things like refunds and upgrades, or add the “modlook” tag to forum posts to flag them for staff attention.

  Thanks for confirming! I just cancelled that domain name and issued you a full refund. It may take some time for that refund to appear on your bank statement, but you can find the refund receipt in your Billing History.
