Hi!
A month ago I bought a plan, but after 2 days of testing I canceled it. I also deleted my account but after some days I reopened it in order to not lose my domain. The problem is that after cancelling the plan I received an email that said I’ll get my money back, but I didn’t.

I checked your account and confirmed that a refund was issued for the full amount on August 16. Please note that not all credit card issuers/banks process refunds instantly. So you may need to wait for the refund to appear on your bank/card statement.
You can see the refund receipt at https://wordpress.com/me/billing for your reference.
If you still don’t see the refund after a while, please contact your bank/card issuer. They should be able to trace the refund.

Hi! I checked everything and waited another month to get a refund but I didn’t. Can you look into it because its been over 2 month of waiting for this and nothing happened so far?
