I did not get my refund.

I can’t get a real person , I requested a refund and this is the letter I received. After I realized that this was not wordpress.org on the same day of purchase. I never got my refund. I could not use this site for my radio show. I need help

When did you request a refund please?WordPress.com provides a 30-day refund on all upgrades except Domain Registrations, Domain Renewals, and Guided Transfers.

Hi there, I’ve also been trying to get a refund? I never received a confirmation? I was wondering if you could check on it’s status? I bought a package for $99. I understand it takes a while for the refund to be processed but it’d give me peace of mind to know that it’s being taken care of!

How come I didn’t receive a refund on my http://1stepinfrontoftheother.wordpress.com/ and
http://logannelson17.wordpress.com/I requested and cancellation before my trial was up. there was still a $99.00 fee for both accounts.

I signed up for a premium account on June 30, 2014 and requested a refund the same day, just an hour or two later. I actually went through the cancellation process a few times because I was concerned it didn’t go through. I received this email

Hi Logan, I see that you had a trial for WordPress.com Premium on http://1stepinfrontoftheother.wordpress.com/ and that was cancelled before you were charged.
However, WordPress.com Premium was still active on http://logannelson17.wordpress.com/ and http://logannelson.wordpress.com/ . I went ahead and cancelled it on http://logannelson17.wordpress.com/ and issued you a full refund for that, as requested. Sorry about that!
Would you also like me to cancel and refund the Premium plan on http://logannelson.wordpress.com/ or are you still using it there?

You’re welcome! It can sometimes take 1-2 weeks for refunds to appear in your bank account (holiday weekends can especially slow down banks processing refunds) but you should see that refund soon. :)

Hei support at wordpress. I upgraded and later on realized that i could not run Ad words on my blog. i tried to council out the payment and i received a refund receipt but the money is not returned. what can i do? i want to use that money to host my blog and start running third party ads. the information on the receipt is here:
