I did not get my refund

    Hi can someone please check my refund. I bought a. Domain worith 96€ and refunded/canceled the plan. one day they gave me 48€ back and the same day, they charged that 48€ again. I am so confused.

    Hi there,

    I can see two charges on your account for 26 December for €48 each. The first is for your purchase of a Personal Plan, and the second is when you upgraded that Personal Plan to our Premium Plan.

    Both those payments were refunded on the same day when you cancelled the Premium Plan. You can see receipts for these transactions here:

    It sounds like your bank is just displaying those transactions out of order on your statement. This often happens with credit card payments, as in many cases the actual payment is only processed a few days after you made the purchase, making it seem like a charge was made after you’d already received the refund.

    But we’ve definitely refunded the full €96, and there has been no new charges on your account.
