    I’m happy to take a look at this with you. I see that we processed a refund on 11/18/16. Typically, this would reach you in about ten business days. There can be delays through banks and even with international refunds at times.

    Have you been in touch with the bank about this already?

    When looking over your statement the bank may not post it as a ‘refund’ in its own line. Sometimes, they will simply add ‘resolved’ next to the original charge, or remove the charge all together.

    When you upgraded from Personal to Business, you were charged the difference between the two plans $263.12 and we refunded all but the $13 mapping portion.
    We issued the refund on 11/18/16 for $250.12. I’ve gone ahead and issued the remaining $13 mapping for a total of $263.12.

    Did you want to keep your WordPress.com Personal Plan? Or cancel that as well? I can refund the $35.88 from that plan also, just let me know. I didn’t want to cancel it without checking in first.

    Ok, well this certainly is confusing! I did speak w/my bank, but there is no evidence of the original charge showing at all. They state that perhaps on your end, it was never ‘hard’ posted (the charge), and thus, when ‘refunded’, it simply was withdrawn altogether – as if it never happened?!?

    I will not be using the personal plan either, and so would be grateful if you were to remove it ($35.88) along with the $13 mapping portion. I’m curious to see what happens on my bank statement and will be checking back to see how those are resolved!

    I’ve checked in with our payment team who confirmed that what your bank stated is correct and they simply removed the charge. I’ve gone ahead and refunded the rest of your purchases and expect that they will process similarly.
