I can confirm that we refunded your business plan on 16 December. If you haven’t received it yet, please follow up with your bank.
We issue refunds instantly on our end, but from there we don’t control the rest of the process your bank follows to get the funds returned to your account. When you contact them, you can use the transaction ID appearing in the refund receipt as a reference:
