I did not get my upgrade or mapping. I payed with paypal and have reciept.

  first I payed $13 for mapping then I payed $79 to upgrade. Then I upgraded again to the premium account and payed $199. I ended up cancelling the $199 and got a refund. BUT, after recieving the refund of $199 to my paypal account my wordpress account went back to free and took away the mapping. What do I do to get a refund on the $79 upgrade and $13 mapping?

  I have now been blocked from using my working on my site because I tried to contact seller through pay pal. How an I get ahold of someone to give me a refund because it is not working at all. I also do not feel I should be charged to work on my site because this was not my mistake.
