I did not mean to purchase an account

    Hi,

    I accidentally joined an account that was not free. I meant to setup a free account with the domain – dogsandamerica not dogsgunsandunicorns as I thought I had abandoned the shopping cart for the the domain dogsgunsandunicorns. may you please refund my credit card and setup my free account with the domain – dogsandamerica ?

    Hi there,

    Regarding cancellation and refund

    For new domain registrations, you must cancel within 48 hours of purchase to receive a refund. There are no refunds, pro-rated or otherwise, after 48 hours.

    For plans and all other purchases, you must cancel within 30 days of a purchase to receive a refund.

    You will be refunded to the same payment method you used for your purchase. After processing, refunds usually take about five to ten business days to appear on your statement.

    How to request refund?
    1. If you are within the refund period, head to your Manage Purchases page. This page can be accessed through your Me page in the “Manage Purchases” section of the left sidebar.
    2. Find the upgrade you’d like to refund in the list and select Cancel and Refund.
    3. A confirmation page will appear. Select the Cancel Domain and Refund button to proceed.
    4. To complete the cancellation, click the Yes, Cancel Now
    5. For a domain cancellation, you will be asked to choose a reason for cancellation, and to confirm that you may lose the domain forever upon cancellation. Be sure to check the box before clicking Cancel Domain
    6. You should see this message at the top of your Manage Purchases page if your cancellation was successful.

    The account you’re using to post here has never bought anything from us. You only own the two free sites, https://dogsgunsandunicorns.wordpress.com/ and https://dogsandamerica.wordpress.com/, and we don’t even have a credit card on file for you.

    If you made a payment for any site using another WordPress.com username account, please log in as that username and comment here, and we can help you with that.
