I did not pay for my domain, how did I sign up?

  I signed up for a .com instead of the free one, knowing I would have to pay $17 but was not prompted to pay anything and was signed up anyway. What happened?

  http://musicwithkarlina.com/ was definitely registered and $25 was charged to your card today. I have re-sent the receipts to the email address on file.
