  Hi there,

  We have not sent any recent receipt emails to the email address for the WordPress.com account you’re using to post here – the last upgrade you bought from us was in August 2020, and you cancelled that upgrade on the same day.

  The receipt should say both what upgrade, and what site the payment is for.

  Log into WordPress.com using the email address at which you received the receipt, and you’ll be able to cancel the upgrade for a full refund from the Purchases page at https://wordpress.com/me/purchases
