I did not receive a verification of my requested new domain name

    Three days ago I requested a new domain name of ‘xxx’.com. My credit card was billed for 18 dollars, but I have neither received a verification (email or otherwise) that the request was received nor is the new site accessible. Also when I go through the registration process to the point of specifying a new domain, the computer responds that the name is still available. What should I do?
