  I tagged this with modlook to get help from Staff. Refunds can take up to 10 days. If it takes longer, you must contact your bank.

  Are you referring to the Premium Plan purchased back in March? I do not see any other upgrade under this particular account.

  I didn’t receive my refund:
  I was wanting to try WordPress web builder but found this is too hard for me to figure out how to use. I received an email showing that I’m getting my refund , and my account was closed.

  Your refund was issued on August 14.

  Depending on your credit card provider, it can take up to 10 days (though usually far less) for the credit to appear on your statement.
