  I was checking out WordPress Business version to see if it was something I would like to use for my business’ website. But I decided that it wasn’t for me, so I cancelled and they still took $299.99 from my bank even though I cancelled during the trial period. I would just like to make sure that I’m officially cancelled from this, and I would like to get refunded also since I cancelled during the trial period. Please help.

  The transaction in question was successfully voided. If you still see a pending charge, it should clear in a few days.
