    Hi I did not reply to the ICANN WHOIS forum and now my account disappeared. How can I get it back?

    Hey there, typically you just need to click a confirmation link. That said, I don’t see any domains associated with this account. Can you confirm whether the domain is registered here with us? If you’ll send the address, we’ll take a look.

    My website is http://www.marcelcj.com. I used to have access to it with this account but I can no longer see it in my pages.

    Hi there,

    The domain, marcelcj.com belongs a a completely different WordPress.com account than the marcelcj0 account you used to post here.

    Make sure you’re logged in as the correct username, and you’ll have access to that site – based on the account recovery ticket you already have open with us it looks like you might have already figured this out, but please reply to Bryan there if you still need help with this. We’re not able to help with account access issues here in the public forums, so it’s best to continue in the email support ticket.
