  I will be reporting fraud and theft if I am not reimbursed 114 dollars.

  You created this wordpress.com account about 4 years ago on March 20,2017. The fact you have access to this account, means you created it.
  If you don’t know what a charge is about, you can check it at https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/.
  By starting a dispute, you’ll make it more difficult to eventually get reimbursed and it even can cost you more money, https://wordpress.com/support/payment/chargebacks/

  There are no charges on this account. Do you know the address of the site with the subscription?
  If not, the best way to get this refunded is to search for the charge at https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/, as @staartmees mentioned above.
