I did not violate terms of service, why my blog is suspended?

I received the following message @ my dashboard:
“This blog has been deactivated because we believe it does not comply with the WordPress.com Terms of Service or advertising policy.
If your blog is designed to promote affiliate links, get rich quick programs, banner ads, consists solely or mostly of duplicate or automatically generated material, or is part of a search engine marketing campaign, WordPress.com is not the place for you. Please use the Export feature to move your content to a more appropriate hosting service.”

All of that is not true about my blog. I did not violate terms of service. It’s a personal blog, no advertisement and no “get rich” schemes.
Please explain why you desactivated my blog?where are my archives of 4 years of blogging? my readers are writing panicky messages to my email.
    what’s going on?

    PLease respond quickly!

    T.E.

The suspension notice / Banner has a “click here to contact us” you need to contact the Terms of Service people with that link to ask them – that link should always work.

You can also contact the staff here if the above link is not available: http://en.support.wordpress.com/suspended-blogs/ Should have a contact form at the bottom that should work all the time for everyone

WordPress.COM policy is not to discuss TOS violations in the Forum and us unpaid volunteer helpers can’t return your site anyway. You might also review the following links for more information on what might have happened. Mistakes are sometimes made but you need to talk with the TOS people.
