  2. If possible, refund any monies collected for this site, since it is not in operation.
  3. Close my account completely.

  I need you to please log into the jsparker1958 username account and reply here as that user. Until you do I have no proof that you also own that account. Only the verified owner of the domain can request the domain’s cancellation.
