I did not want to renew this year, and I was not asked if I wanted to. You should not have my credit card details stored as I do not believe that I gave you permission to store them.

Can you log out, then log in again using the email address that received purchase notifications and what not? That’s the one you’ll need to use to access the upgrades and cancel / refund as needed. Once you’re logged into the right account, head to https://en.support.wordpress.com/contact/ and we’ll help you sort it out.
If you don’t know how to log into the right account, can you head to wpchrg.com and fill out the form there, then get in touch with our billing department to ask for a refund?
