I received an email that my account renewed. I didn’t know I had an account with WordPress, and I would like to cancel the account. A refund would also be appreciated. Thank you, Regan Billingsley

There is not a history of any charges or upgrades on this WordPress.com user account. Are you sure that this was a WordPress.com charge?

The charge is not connected to this user account though. Do you have another account? Each WordPress.com account requires a unique email address.
Does the email mention a site address?
