We offer a full refund on all plan renewals for 30 days, and on domain renewals for 96 hours. But we can only provide a refund if requested by the account that owns the upgrade in question, and the account you’re using to post here owns no sites or upgrades with us.

You can also use the Contact Us link on that page to contact our billing support team directly for further help with this – to track down the transaction we’ll need to get some additional information from you which we cannot discuss here in the public forums.
