I didn’t dispute a charge.

I didn’t dispute any charge. But I don’t have that credit card anymore that you have on file for me, so when you charged it, the bank probably said NO. You auto-charged me (a year later) and then want to penalized me because the credit card has changed. That’s bullshit. Remove the $15 penalty charge, and I’ll give another credit card to pay my $96 annual payment plan fee. Geez, what terrible service. Take a note from Amazon, who handles this situation WAY better than you.

Hi booshooscripts,

I’ve checked your account it does indeed show a chargeback for the auto renewal of booshooscripts.com.
Some banks can and do take it upon themselves to issue a dispute if they believe a charge is fraudulent — the chargeback notice is the only information sent to our system and it doesn’t include whether this was initiated by the card provider of yourself. I appreciate this is a frustrating experience but we have no control over card providers doing this. The reason you were being asked to pay a chargeback fee is because we are charged that amount for chargebacks.
The lock has been removed from your account and I’ve sent an payment request for the plan cost, to the email address on your Account Settings page. Please pay there and reply here afterwards so we can add the upgrades back to your account and renew for other year.
Come back to me if you have any problems.
