I didn’t get my full refund

    Due to some reason I had to cancel my purchase, I paid $55 and I should be able to get $55 in refund and also I cancelled the domain transfer cause that was also showing some difficulties .. just to let you know I just received $37.40 and still $18 pending could you please look into this?

    Hi there!

    Domain transfers are not automatically refunded as the domain may be mid-transfer at the time of cancellation and this is to prevent losing control of the domain. I do see that the domain is not in the transfer process, so you cancelled that correctly.

    Since you did cancel the Starter plan within our refund window, I went ahead and refunded the remaining $18. Please note it may take 7-10 days for the credit to show up in your bank account.
