  I purchased custom design option for $30, and then I canceled it. However, I didn’t get any refund.

  NO REFUND.

  I WANT MY MONEY BACK…

  I didn’t get the money back to my banking account. Since I canceled, I promised to refund my money back to my account in 7 days, however, already more than 10 days passed, I didn’t receive my money.

  WHAT IS THIS, IS THIS A FRAUD?

  No, there is no fraud! When you requested a refund of your $30, we sent it back to your banking institution on 2013-03-17. It usually takes 7 days or less, however your bank may be taking a bit longer for some reason to place the funds back into your account. You may want to reach out to them to see what, if anything, is the hold up!
