I didn’t got my refund…

    Hey there, I didn’t get a refund for my purchase of a premium plan of wordpress hosting. I bought it from my credit card of ‘slice’ on 30th July, it’s been 14 days as per your terms but I didn’t get my refund amount. The refund bill was generated on 30th July, but the money was not paid to me.
    So, please help me wordpress staff to get my refund back.

    Howdy,

    I’m seeing a refund as having been processed on 2022-07-30. So you should be all set. Please keep in mind that while many refunds show up withing 24-48 hours, it is not unusual for them to take up to 7-10 days. And in rare cases, typically with non USA banks, even longer.

    In addition, I see that the original charge and refund were processed on the same day. Sometimes when that happens, the bank doesn’t run the charge and then process the refund. Instead, they will just cancel the charge as if it never happened. You might want to contact your bank and ask them to look into it if you suspect this is the case.
