Hey there, I have cancelled my WordPress personal plan of ₹2400 4 days ago. I didn’t got my refund yet. I need the money urgently. Please refund me the money as soon as possible. I can’t wait anymore.

Hi,
You will be refunded to the same payment method you used for your purchase. After processing, refunds usually take about ten days to appear on your statement. For credit card refunds, it could take up to 1-2 billing cycles for the refund to show up. International refunds can take even longer to reach you. Your financial institution is going to be able to tell you when to expect the refund and how it will be listed on your statement.

We sent a full refund on 2nd June 2018 and there is confirmation of this in your Billing History:

As @catkiinson mentioned, refunds usually appear on your statement after 10 business days. International refunds (outside the US) can take a little longer but rest assured, the money has been sent from our side.

Hi there,
As both @catkiinson and @gemmacevans have said above, it can take up to 10 business days for a refund to appear in your account, and exactly how long also depends on your bank, not on us.
If you haven’t yet received the refund after two weeks, please contact your bank directly to follow up, as we have no control over how long they take to process the refund after we issue it.
