i didnt know wordpress has a poor support like this
i was thinking seriously to get a apaid plan but with this poor support!!
even what they call experts they are taking forever to reply do you really pay them or what i think i will leave wordpress forever -

In one particular instance, you contacted us via live chat, but left the chat seconds after you asked the question. We followed up with you via email, but haven’t received a reply yet.

the second thing i didnt get a reply in minutes like you said i wished if i get a real reply from the staff because i was in hurry to get replies to my concern but all i got reply from what you call experts and those with all my repects they seem they are not from the staff so they answer if they wish to answer and if not they dont! wordpress has a big place in my heart so i was driven crazy when i found that there is a poor support not to what i expected i have a hosting plane with namecheap and they have live chat 24 hours a day they never close that’s what i expected from wordpress but i didnt find! -
also can you please tell me the time that the live chat is available during the day and i mean live chat not the experts thank you

Our live chat is available to customers of our paid Personal Plan or higher 24/7 as long as we have available operators online (meaning they aren’t all occupied with support chats already).
