I didn't make this post!

    Hi. I have had a new post published that I did not post. It is titled “LinkedIn password change confirmation”. The odd thing is that the post seems be an email from LinkedIN and is intended for a Kerry O’Niel who is actually a friend of mine. He is not any the wiser as to how LinkedIn sent this email and ended up as a post on my blog. Any idea how it happened?

    I have taken the steps of changing my password and disabling post by email, and putting the post in trash.

    If you could please help me understand how this post happened.

    It looks like both of those posts came in via the Posts by Email feature. You’ve taken the right steps in disabling this feature, especially if its a feature that you do not utilize. Please let us know if you continue to see suspicious posts or if there is anything else that we can do to help.
