  i didnt mean to purchase the 67 dollar plan and i just realized its been taking out of my bank. can you refund the purchase please and thank you.

  Hi there,

  We processed the refund to you on 1/10– we released the funds back to your bank, and they are no longer with us. I would contact your bank about this. Sometimes, they can see pending transactions you do not see on your end. Also, depending on your bank and the country in which you reside, the refund could take longer. Please reach out to them and let us know what you find out.
