  Hi there, what is going on?! I didn’t order any custom design, upgrade or anything else please refund my money asap, and i hope those surprises will not gonna happened again.

  Hi,

  According to our records, the Custom Design upgrade was originally purchased in November 2012 and so it was going to auto-renew. The renewal has been cancelled and you won’t be charged.
