I didn't receive my refund

  I got premium for two days and got a refund, and never received it!…It’s been three weeks and I still don’t have it!….Wordpress doesn’t have a number so i can’t call them and it’s frustrating.

  Hi there!

  I’m sorry for the confusion. When you cancel one of our plans, the individual items in the plan are added to your account and you have to go through and remove them individually.

  It looks like your purchase is in the process of refunding. Please note that it can take up to a week for the refund to appear on your statement.
