I didn't receive my refund

Hello,
My account was charged last Wednesday to auto-renew my domain. But I canceled my domain renewal with the 48 hour timeframe last Thursday. My account shows that the renewal was cancelled but I never received a confirmation email and I still haven’t received my refund can you please help me resolve this issue?

We processed a $13 refund for domain mapping on 12/15/16.
It mat take up to ten business days for that to reach your account. If you haven’t received it after that time I suggest reaching out to your bank to inquire about any delays. The refund could also be marked several different ways on the statement.
