  Hello, i have a refund of 48$, I only received 18$, this needs explanation, thank you.

  Hi, I can see $30 was removed from the statement because you cancelled shortly after purchase. So that part was reversed rather than refunded. The other $18 was refunded when you cancelled the domain and will show up as a refund for the $18 charge that was left on the card.
