I didn’t receive my refund

    My name is Aman and I purchased a basic plan with domain yaqeeninstitute.com and I cancelled it sometime after from purchased and apply for refund.
    And I get a message from it that is your refund will be initiate within 7 to 10 buisness days but today is 8th day and I didn’t receive my money please reply me as soon as possible.

    Hi there, it’s normally 7-10 business days for a refund to appear but it can take longer for international transactions and up to 2 billing cycles if you paid by credit card.

    If you still don’t see it after that, please check with your bank or credit card company as well.
