  I was supposed to receive my refund within 7-10 working days but it’s been more than that and I still haven’t received it

  I’m showing that you requested the cancellation before your bank transferred funds to us. Therefore, a refund would not have been issued; instead, your bank would have likely removed the temporary charge from your account. Consequently, you need to check with them to follow up on that cancelled transaction.
