I didn't receive the code for removing my website

I have asked WordPress for the code to move my domain name (www.geloofenredeonline.nl). I did all the things nessecary, but did not receive the code. What to do?

It looks like you still have private registration active on your domain, which makes it impossible for the EPP code to get to your personal email address. You can cancel this through your Dashboard at Store > My Upgrades.

Under your domain registration, click on “Cancel Private Registration.” This may take a little while to take full effect, so if you’re still not getting your transfer code via email, try back in a few hours.

The Private Registration has been cancelled, so this works. Thank you. I clicked the send button for the transfer code, but didn’t receive it. How long does it take? I tried it three times (in 10 minutes).

Can you confirm the email address listed for you domain is correct?

Can you please check your spam folder at the email address you provided? Also, doing a search for your domain may help.
