I didn't recieve any verification code from wordpress.

Hi, my name is Truc; I set up a 2 step verification login so it requires a verification code sent to my phone from wordpress. Until last year, it worked perfectly fine but recently WordPress didn’t send me any code co I can’t do anything to my wordpress account setting. Also, I lost the login QR code when I scan it through my wordpress app, it’ve been 2 or 3 year ago, I don’t remember. So now I can’t change anything of my account, therefore I really need to fix this issue.
Could you please give a solution for this problem.

What is the username of the account you are having trouble receiving a verification code for?
So now I can’t change anything of my account
Do you have access to the backup codes that were generated when two step authentication was enabled? One of those can be used be used instead of a verification code if it doesn’t come through.

This is my username that I’m having troble: thienng0aithien
Which is also the username that I used to write this post, luckily my web browser remembers my account so I could access to WordPress. However, if I would like to change my account setting, I will need a verification code from my phone which I didn’t recieve any.
About the backup codes, I saved it somewhere but I can’t remember. Also, I moved to another city to study so I probably lost it. -
