I didnt recieve my refund

    Hi, i didnt recieve my refund after requesting one. I still have WordPress premium (that is the refund I requested) so Im assuming it wasnt processed. It’s been quite awhile since I requested this action. What do I do to get the ball rolling? Personally I would like a credit vs getting refunded back to my account. or if you could help me figure out how to use the premium services i might be inclined to keep it, however I dont see the difference in having the free services vs the paid premium.

    Hi Vanessa,

    Within our system, if there is even a chance that you would want a refund eventually it is better that we issue that now as we won’t be able to issue it to you later. As such, I’ve gone ahead and cancelled out your domain mapping and your WordPress.com Premium and have refunded you the cost for both. Depending on your bank and their policies the fund should be in your account within the next few days to few weeks.

    If you later decide that you want either, you can repurchase them at any time. Let me know if you have any questions or if you run in to any problems!

    Hi, I had paid for the premium and the mapping seperately. I did not want to cancel the mapping. Can you please make adjustments?
