I didn’t set this up

  I’ve had an account on here for several years and am an admin on a single blog set up by someone else. Today someone has used my account to set up a new blog and changed my profile picture.
  How do I close this fake blog and also find out where my account was accessed from?

  WP.com: Yes
  Correct account: Yes

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to moderators and staff)

  Hi there, first of all, change the password on your WordPress.com account and your associated email as soon as possible. Make sure you make it a strong one https://wordpress.com/support/security/ and consider activating 2 factor authentication.

  I’ve also flagged Staff as they can see activity on your account and that rogue site. Thanks for your patience while they get back to you.

  After they reply, you can delete the rogue site following this guide: https://wordpress.com/support/delete-site/
