    The payment that went off your card on 24 June was the renewal for the Premium Plan on your site, fullportion.wordpress.com. You’ve owned this plan with us since July 2015. All upgrades on WordPress.com renew automatically, and we sent you an email about a month ago warning you that the renewal was coming.

    All plan payments on WordPress.com are fully refundable for 30 days, but in this case it’s impossible for me to refund you as you’ve disputed the charge with your bank and that payment is now frozen until the complete their investigation. They will only refund you once they complete the investigation, which typically take 8 to 12 weeks.

    Your site has also now been locked until you pay the chargeback fee. You can find our full policy on this here:

    If you cancel the dispute I might still be able to refund you immediately and unlock your site, but that depends on how far along your bank already is with the chargeback process.
