I didn’t want a subscription

    I never set it to subscription. I didn’t end up using my account last year after purchasing it and I don’t want it any longer. I was charged last night and I want a refund.

    We offer a full refund on plans for 14 days, and on domains for 96 hours. However, I see in this case you disputed the charge with your bank before you posted here to ask for a refund.

    When you dispute a charge, the payment is frozen pending an investigation by our payments processor, and we’re not able to refund the payment until that investigation is complete.
