Purchases made on WordPress.com can be canceled and refunded during the refund period. For plans, you must cancel within 30 days of purchase to receive a refund. You may refer to this document.

Hey tippclick,
You can get the full refund within 30 days of your purchase. If you’re done using WordPress.com you can manage your purchases from your account itself.

Just to add to @ravichahar, to be able to get a full refund, you must cancel the domain name within 48 hours and the plan within 30 days. There are no pro-rata refunds after the refund timelines. You can see refund related details on https://en.support.wordpress.com/refunds/ page.

Thanks they refunded me but days later they again took 99€ and PayPal ,5€ because my account had no money… What to do now?

http://uims.de/ is not a WordPress.com hosted site. It seems to be hosted by 1and1. Suggest you contact your service provider to seek help with the cancelation or refund. As staff-zinnia mentioned there are no upgrades connected to tippclick username.

Please look at your statement, and if it says wpchrg, let us know and we’ll reach out privately for more information so we can find the correct account.
If it lists a different company, you’ll want to contact them.
